Personal Use Photography Agreement
Applications: Family photos, engagements, anniversaries, high school seniors, weddings
Personal photography is provided for the purpose of personal art or enjoyment and not for making a profit. Picture Montana grants personal printing rights to most personal photography clients. Credit to the photographer is appreciated but not required for legal use of images if payment has been made in full.
Acceptable legal use of personal photos:
Sharing photos on social media
Printing photos to hang on a wall or share with friends
Use of photos in personal Christmas card or scrapbook
Unacceptable illegal use of personal photos:
Selling an image for profit to be published online or in a print publication
Photographer retains all photo rights.
